Return Policy

Not in love? Not a problem.

We accept returns that are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of shipping, on all Domestic orders.

Returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse your return or exchange if your return or exchange does not meet these requirements. Please be mindful of make-up, tanning products, and deodorant as we will not accept return or exchange products that have stains from trying on.

In the event the item does not work for you, you may select only one of these two options; exchange or return the item within 14 days of shipping. If you select the option to exchange the item, the exchange item will become final sale. Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment, within 30 days of receiving your return item. Any subsequent exchange requests will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee + restocking fee.

All International orders are Final Sale and will not be eligible for returns.

All Domestic orders purchased on sale, using a promotional code or offer, or pre-ordered are Final Sale and eligible for an exchange only, within 14 days of shipping. Final sale exchanges will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee + restocking fee.

If returns or exchanges are sent to our warehouse that do not meet the qualifications stated above for return or exchange, they will not be refunded nor will they be shipped back. Again, please be sure to review the entire return policy before sending a return.

Here’s how it works…


1. You locate your order number by searching your inbox for “SHEER”.

2. You send an email to with the subject line “Return” or “Exchange”. In the email make sure to include your order number and describe the reason for your return or exchange.

3. We review the details of your order and get in touch with you if we need any additional information.

4. For returns, we email you a pre-paid shipping label to get your order back to us.

5. For exchanges, we will collect the shipping + restocking fees via PayPal, and once payment is made we will email you a pre-paid shipping label to get your order back to us.

6. You pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.

7. You print the pre-paid shipping label and affix it onto the package.

8. You drop off your package at your nearest USPS location.

9. We receive your package, we process your return, and issue your refund. Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment that was received within 14 days of receiving your return.

* Please note: if you upgraded your shipping method on your original order, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
